How do I check on my order?

We’ll send you an email with a link to your tracking information once your goodies have been despatched. Link not working? Don’t worry! Just shoot an email to hello@naturalbeautycrew.com.au and we will give you detailed tracking information.

Can I change or cancel my order once I’ve placed it?

If you want to change your order please email  hello@naturalbeautycrew.com.au your order details as soon as possible and we will try and help. However, please check our returns and refunds policy.

What is the delivery charge?

We charge a flat rate of $11.00 per order for postage. All items are posted via our courier network. We do not ship to PO Boxes, please provide a physical address.

Free Shipping on all orders over $99 Australia wide.

What if I entered the wrong address?

Unfortunately, we can not change any order information once your order has been processed. Please ensure the correct post codes are entered. We do not deliver to PO Boxes.

My items arrived damaged

Any items that arrive broken or damaged, please contact us via the contact page quoting “Damaged Item” in the subject line with a photograph within 7 days of receiving your delivery and we will provide you with a store credit or replacement item.

What if my order is wrong or incomplete?

If for any reason there is an issue with your order (incomplete or incorrect), please contact us via the contact page quoting your order number, and the missing or incorrect item. The replacement or missing item will be sent to you within 5 working days.
